Great therapy session yesterday...good Thursday morning...had therapist that I don’t connect with yesterday and she said I was more relaxed then I had ever been..when she worked with me..I’m beginning to think..I’m starting to figure out timing of ibuprofen and oxycodone and being relaxed enough...she took measurements..and today I’m not sore a bit...

Today’s plan...cut grass..see if I can’t get it under control and a level shorter...just have to cut it one armed again...

No more sling unless I choose to wear it...therapist said it was ok...

Told her I had been cutting up lettuce and tomatoes...her first words...you shouldn’t be doing that...I mean like...I’m not gonna baby it...how’s it gonna get stronger...if I’m not moving it...I know that I have to be careful...I’m going on 70..even though I don’t feel like it...and everyone around me is over protective...I fully understand..I was pretty messed up..and they don’t want that to happen again..but this bird is ready to solo...

Well almost 6am...time to ear breakfast and drink my green tea...get cleaned out and get rest of day started...I hear my trainer calling...but last time I did the 2 miles I made my friend mad...cause I haven’t been released from doctor...to do that..as I said to many chiefs looking out for this lonely Indian...
