Going way over my calories today 😥🤯🤯🤯🤯not on anything horrible just been snacking and been so hungry today. It’s probably because I haven’t drank much water. Tomorrow is a new day and I will do better I am going to skip weigh in this week also because I just need to focus on the food I’m eating.
