I have listed raspberry shortcake as a snack, but I am actually using sliced peaches in this instead. I don't think the calories would be much different. I think I will change the specs to peaches and see what happens. And, as I thought, it is the same. But I am using the whole peach, and I think it will be slightly more than 1 cup of slices. Adjust later. This seems to be a pretty healthy day I have going. Lots of fruits and veggies.
