This week has been hard. Weight has been all over the place. Sure my eating has something to do with it. Yes as I attend various events that take me away from my eating plan I knew the weight would fluctuate. Not down about it...just hate how sometimes the progress slows. Oh and another thing (since I'm whining!) Why is it that the belly (gut) the last thing to go?
Now here is what I also notice...I am almost out of belt loops. I also notice that my pants fit much better. The seams are no longer screaming trying to break free from the extra weight I was carrying. I also notice that my energy level is up...
Just thought I should end on a positive note! :)
