We are on the road camping for the next six weeks. I’m hopeful and pretty confident I can keep my weight steady, if not continue to lose. I even brought my scale so I can’t lie to myself! Lol! We are cooking and eating the right foods, but sometimes on drive days my husband wants the convenience of the McDonald’s on the highways. I can slip into the camper and make my own lunch but the lure of those fries is brutal! 🤨

Stay strong, Shawna63! Just think of what they might taste like cold, out of the fridge...It would be nice if you could move out of smell-range while he's munching away. And think of all the grease lining your veins and arteries while you eat them.

Can you order a grilled breast on lettuce? Tomato? Most places are pretty good about making accommodations :)
