Going on a vacation today to visit my sister for a week in Pa. Going to do whatever we want. She recently lost her husband and I thought I would spend some time with her before the end of summer. So will check in when I get back. Will see how I can regulate my eating in a mini vacation.
194.7 lb Lost so far: 11.3 lb.    Still to go: 34.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
