I don’t know what I’m doing wrong, I go to gym 4 times a week for a cardio class, staying away from sugar and junk food. Having a smoothie (made from avocado, broccoli, spinach, banana, strawberry, peanut butter and a bit of pineapple? in the morning and evening and having vegetables and protein for lunch. But I’m still gaining weight 😢
250.9 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 74.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I determined smoothies make me pick up weight too and heavy on calories. I stay away from them.

It could also be muscle mass. When I start gyming (especially weights) I gain. But it’s the good type of gaining. Because exercising muscle help lose fat. Hang on. And like Belinda said your smoothie is high in calories. Maybe swop it out for an all green smoothie??

I agree with CharleenvSt you need to keep track of your measurements as you might be losing CM's and gaining muscle. I also agree with Belinda I find smoothies with fruit very high in calories. I prefer to make a smoothie with whey protein and some oats or weetbix for breakfast.

how much protein are you consuming per day? As mentioned also track the calories per smoothie as it can add up quickly
