Had a great three days with my sisters. God has blessed me with a wonderful famiy. Eating was pretty good except for the three pieces of pizza and box of chocolate covered peanuts and didn't have enough vegetables. So back on track now and not use this as an excuse to eat poorly. I'll pack my lunch for work tomorrow which will help.
