Now THIS is frustrating. I stayed away from the scale since Saturday, planning on a mid week weigh in. I was 100 percent on plan, even with the fourth of July and my husband's birthday. I walked, despite the humidity. And my reward today was a fairly large weight gain----1.4 lbs and as much as 1.8 depending on which scale I went on. Now that is a LOT of water weight. But I did what I said I would do. I tried on my two pairs of pants. Both were looser since Saturday, so BLAH on the scale. Now my new decision:

WEIGH IN ONLY ONCE A WEEK. If I am going to be frustrating, it has to be only once a week. But I will try on those pants mid-week for a boost. My face looks thinner. So now I have to go and put this gain down and look like a failure.
