Kimberlie thanks! I'm crying I feel so bad, but I know this has got to get better and I just hope my new doc can help. I'm going to the best, so if he can't help, I don't know what I'm going to do. Its not just weight. I'm so swollen every morning and I feel so bad and lots of other stuff. I've never given up. All I got is me, so I can't. Hugs back to ya. If I can fix my dumb ass body, anyone can, and I will help them when I figure it out.

I am concerned with that swelling too, you might consider going into the urgent care to see if they can suggest the cause and or help. I know fluid retention can be from many causes and some of them are darn right dangerous. Years ago a woman I knew blew up like a ballon in her calf's mostly and it was from excessive drinking damaging her kidneys. so I don't know if I would delay seeing someone.

and I know you did not think I implied you were a drinker, it is just the possibility you have some kidney issues could be deadly serious. keto diets are not easy on the kidneys.

Baskington LOL, I wish I could drink! It only makes it worse! In fact, this morning I said to myself, geez, and I haven't had a drink in a week or two lol. This has been going on for years, I've had tons of labs, it's most likely lupus/auto immune ( which I refuse to accept) or wacked out hormones. I'm still waiting for some lab results. No insurance. Absolutely broke. I'm never going to hospital unless real emergency. I can wait a week for my appointment. Enjoy your day.

oh that stinks. if it is only the joints rhuemantoid arthritis acts like that, sorry I don't spell well. but an all over swelling like calf's is really worrisome. have you ever had allergy testing done?? certain foods we are sensitive to can do that, make you retain water. that woman I was talking about was also allergic to vodka. she only swelled up when she drank it. dumb but we all do those kind of things.

The doctors can only do so much. You have to take charge of the situation and figure things out-like what may trigger... Good luck.

Cstella1 I have! So many know it all's on fatsecret lol! Most doctors are worthless. Not the one I'm seeing. I'll report back at the end of next week! I'll be traveling to see him. 🔮 🎭😂
