want to eat fries and pizza....havnt yet but i really want to... comfort food. its a bastard. i even recorded the fries...went for a walk to try to distract my craving, but its still there. boo

ice cream (or anything frozen which usually meant dairy) was my only bad habit and now i pass by ice cream shops, and people eating ice cream and i am not bothered by it. I know i'll have some occasionally because i don't want to feel deprived and have an all-or-nothing attitude. i also choose alternatives like frozen fruits (i just like cold stuff especially in hot weather). when i do have some ice cream, i "earn it" with an activity that burns back the calories if it puts me above of my RDI. the mind is a powerful thing. you can find the alternatives or make "accommodations" instead of depriving yourself.

I did eat a few... not all, I dont usually get cravings, its my emotional eating old ways creeping up - and I allowed myself the indulgence its been a rough week.
