A really bad week. Probably too much alcohol, too little workout, eating out 5 days of seven and my general bad mood. Also, lack of discipline in the book keeping. Need to improve this week.
187.0 lb Lost so far: 1.1 lb.    Still to go: 54.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
