I have to say it is frustrating watching the scale. I have started to really work out about 4 times a week, and I can see my clothes are baggier and my muscles tighter, but the scale is working slowly.
Everyone tells me muscle weights more than fat, but it is still hard. I should just not weigh in and go by how I look!!! But I am very happy with the results so far....and I feel great!
168.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 18.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
