Funny thing is that fat has the lowest thermic effect, is 9 calories per gram vs. carbs 4 calories, and is more easily converted to body fat so it actually has a higher potential to make one fat. Eat that. :D

Seriously ate 130 calories of the stuff and was stuffed. Can't do that with many foods.

If carbs/watermelon would make someone fat, My weight would of bounce up already. 😳 🧐 ( I also ate bread 🍞 n potatoes 🥔 yesterday 😱) Carbs 😋💞

Actually my macros were close to perfect 170 g carbs 44%, 47 g fat, 115 G protein 29%

Remember calories, n u will gain weight in the beginning cause ur body is not use to them. But our wonderful body’s adapt 😏

It's weird to me that it makes you hyper. The only thing that really affects me like that noticeably is caffeine. Carbs put me to bed after a large feeding.
