Yesterday was fun, worked my butt off and then had too much fun with friends. The only off menu items I imbibed in were a couple of beers and a scoop of ice cream on some plain blueberries. Otherwise, everything was good for you. Scale was not horrible this morning. Life goes on.

Training pyramid of 700 strokes at med-high intensity and 15 minutes kicking. 250 4-count dolphin kicks. 2.5 minutes of straight leg. 15 minutes resistance toys.
Shortly, another food challenge. Business dinner. Why I got the laps in early. Shouldn't be too hard. Lightweights only get one glass of wine and I intend to order grilled shrimp and salad. Rough life!!!
