Well, I am glad I waited a few days before getting on the scale. In hot humid weather, I retain fluid. I know that from the past. Add some foods that are naturally higher in sodium, and you don't get a good reading. So I am happy to say, the weight finally dropped. It is still slow going, but it is now going in the right direction. It is July 4th- Happy Fourth, everyone. I planned my meal to comply with WW points, and even plan a glass of wine. I MIGHT even use my carry over points for a diet dessert. We shall see. Once the heat passes, I will get back to my exercising. Funny, the weight gain came when I was exercising. Maybe I should be a couch potato. Ha Ha.
225.0 lb Lost so far: 16.0 lb.    Still to go: 77.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
