Well, I've been off the wagon bigtime for the last few weeks, I'm a stress eater and school has been particularly stressful this time of year. I have multiple projects on the go, midterm exams, and a major research project I have started for my honours degree and I find when I'm done at school all I want to do is sleep! So now I am on reading break and I haven't socialized with my friends for so long it's turning into party week! Well, I can't promise to be completely back on track until Sunday as my birthday is on Saturday and diets are definately off on birthdays! but after that - no excuses! I have FINALLY figured out how to use the food/excercise journal and I have been reading some of your journals on the stress relieving benefits of stretching so I've downloaded a yoga program from the internet. I weighed in this morning and I am up 1.5lbs, thank goodness not more! Anyway, thats it for now. Cheers!
