After following my diet as closely as possible I had only lost 1/2 pound. I was so disgusted with myself that what do you think I did? I ate uncontrollably for 2 days and didn't drink any water! So here I am back on the wagon and trying my hardest to stick with it. Hope you are all having better luck then me!
226.5 lb Lost so far: 0.5 lb.    Still to go: 86.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

A half a pound is a great. Go get an 8oz can and picture that much fat coming off your body. All those little half a pounds add up to a great amount over a period of time. WW isn't a quick weight loss plan. It's a plan that stess's slow and steady weight loss, so that you can lern to keep it off for the rest of your life. Take it one day at a time and focus on the positive changes you are making to your life. You can do it!
