Hmmmm, well I weighed in today, but I have to say I was quite surprised and actually a little irritated. I weighed myself 3x's on my digital and 3x's on the regular scale and got the same weight. So when I originally weighed in it was during my "pumpkin" time and that is the only thing I can come up with to explain the loss. But I'm irritated that I could retain that much water!? Don't get me wrong I will take it and run, but that's alot of water and now I have no idea how much actual weight I lost, I'll go with 2lbs real weight and the rest water. Now I have to give myself a pat on the back for kicking my own butt this week, I have followed my "diet" and exercise goals 100% and am really proud of myself for sticking to it, even when the lunges hurt and made me want to puke, ha. Lunges, squats and I are going to become best friends.
