Why is my diet so scary to freinds and family? My friends don't understand but some are curious. Some think I'm crazy and others think I'm going to kill myself by avoiding the starchy/sugary high carb junk they eat. It all just encourages me to follow the beat of my own drummer because as they go up a pant/dress size, I'm going down. Yeh!
