I had a pretty healthy lunch with a very small Caesar salad with no extra cheese, a serving of cherry tomato caprese salad, about 1/4 of a sliced avocado, and one piece of the Chard, artichoke and feta frittata. BUT then Bex and I went to the Alameda County Fair where I had a huge sausage wrapped in bacon in a roll. I threw most of the roll away. It was just too much. The sausage was fat and about 10 inches long. The I had a ginormous soft serve ice cream cone. And that was it for me for the day. No need for anything else. Yikes!!!
