Yeap, 😋 n I still ate under my goal 😏 

Rosio, this looks delicious and I am sure it tastes the same.  

N tomorrow beef tongue tacos 🌮 👅 

I don’t know what bucha is

Rosio19, hook us up with the recipe. 

The sauce is serrano chile (the thin green chile), tomatillo (Mexican husk tomatoe), garlic, onion, salt, black pepper, all boiled together n when soft blend them...u can add cilantro when the sauce cools down 😋🌮 I was too lazy to add the cilantro U can find this recipe online “salsa verde de tomatillo”  

The beef is just beef with salt n pepper n the beans are just boiled. I use no oil/butter at all  

Rosio, lengua is my favorite! It used gross out my kids when they would see the tongue sitting in the frig! Hahaha. Now, as grown ups they like it. If you get a chance, please post a photo. 😊

N this sauce is perfecto 👌🏼 for the tongue  

N u can’t eat tongue with out cilantro n onion on top! U will ruin the tacos 🌮
