San Ity's Journal, 01 August 2012

I'm not losing weight but I'm not giving up. Exercise is good, I started again this week, I have a workout buddy now. I need to keep going. I have to cut down on the breads.... Trying and will. Body aches, back in the classroom, my feet and legs hurt:(. No excuse, gotta keep going!

I know San Ity - Can't resist the bread either but managing to cut my sandwich in half and eating it 2-3 hours apart. It is still the best breakfast for me !
