Finally lost the weight I gained by binging on some junk food, like 2 Persean doughnuts. Do you believe that's over a thousand calories? They are good though! Where I work part time, someone brought in a box of ice cream sandwiches! 230 cal each! I shut the freezer real quick and walked away quicker. Temptation is all around. A constant vigil.
