I have been following the South Beach Diet 100%! I absolutely love all of the options there are. The salads listed in the book are are different but delicious. It's definitely a change of pace. I am also on week 2 of walking/jogging. I start jogging until I can't do it anymore (which doesn't take much, because I am a beginner!) then I walk at a brisk pace. I really think this exercise is helping me the most. I usually just walk, but by stepping it up a little bit by jogging I am definitely noticing a difference.

I agree with you about the SBD. It's a sensible, healthful diet with lots of options and lots of ways to be successful. Looks like you're making great progress! Keep it up!

Great job with the walk and run and you actually can lose more fat faster by the way your doing it, especially if you try a couple of times while walking bumping it up to running/jogging. Keep it you your doing great
