I feel good this morning, and not hungry. Early morning blood glucose has dropped to 85 mg/dl. Today, I shall continue with the fat fast. My definition of a fat fast is simply butter, and maybe coconut oil in my coffee or tea, and no solid food. The treated coffee makes a nice, rich and satisfying drink. I'll have one in about two hours and another this evening.

What happened to me this week? Well, I am leaning towards dehydration on top of another medical condition. There are further symptoms I do not discuss with anyone. Something old has resurfaced, and fasting may address it. Keto is also good for it, and there are multitudes of anecdotal accounts of how The Water Cure or the Ketogenic diet reverses symptoms. I like solutions that don't cost me extra money.

My favorite keto site is Diet Doctor. Dr. Eenfeldt convinced me when he said, "Just eat real food."

Tomorrow, my sister wants to take me out to eat, so that will be when I break my fast. The place we are going has good salads. Real food doesn't grow in a box, nor does it have a list of ingredients. I'll be taking my own homemade salad dressing.
