Do not get down on yourself, please! You have to be your own best friend, cheering yourself on and encouraging yourself. You will also get that hee on FS, but more importantly it has to come from within. You can do this, you already are by figuring out a strategy that works for you. Most of us here have made many adjustments, some still are. It takes time to get to know our body and what works and what doesn't, because we have ignored/neglected them for so long.
