Went for a walk last night and hope to get another one in today. At least I didn't go up on the scale since I did have a pretty high cal lunch yesterday, but managed to stay -500 cal total yesterday:)
164.3 lb Lost so far: 3.7 lb.    Still to go: 14.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
