Did well yesterday despite eating crappy for lunch (not my fault since we had a luncheon, but made low carb choices so I think that helped). Recovered with dinner. Had a beautiful time on the water with the family for a dinner cruise and watching the full moon come up:)
162.3 lb Lost so far: 5.7 lb.    Still to go: 12.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
