28.5% fat, 51.1% water

Still stuck in bed with this virus and two swollen eyes. So no exercise what so ever. Lots of healthy food though.

1354 kcal Fat: 30.20g | Prot: 133.78g | Carb: 148.98g.   Breakfast: milk, raspberries, dry fruit muesli, jumbo oats, orange juice, Nonfat Plain Yogurt. Lunch: cottage cheese, tofu, egg, Thai cabbage soup. Dinner: Thai cabbage soup, Chicken Jambalaya variation, tortilla wrap, cream cheese, lettuce, mushroom, celery. Snacks/Other: milk, cocoa, Yoghurt, Sarah's Cheesecakes. more...
