This reminds me...I need to learn how to make a decent meatball that doesn't use bread crumbs.

Just season meat generously with the herbs you like. I use onion, garlic, salt, pepper, oregano, and basil. Shape the lean ground turkey into meatballs and oven bake, or fry using a light amount of coconut spray oil, or a tad bit of water at the bottom of the frying pan will do the job as well.
