How did you bake the pork chop? Looks yumm! I like baked pork chops, but mine always end up very dry.

I cook mine in sauerkraut!! so yummy and the fermented kraut is so good for you

@mjuazik. I cut them a little more than an inch thick, seared them in a hot pan and a tbsp of olive oil for about 2 minutes each side, then baked in a glass baking dish for 20 minutes at 450.
