So, lesson one - check carb values before you eat, not at the end of the day! I obviously knew the ice cream was not a great choice, but even without it, I had double the carbs allowed today, which kind of sucks. At least I know for tomorrow. On the plus side, I had my black coffee and cold shower this morning, along with 45 minutes of cardio, so I've got that going for me.
