So I’ve been reading about insulin resistance and fasting lately. I’ve been dabbling with fasting but I think I’m ready to make a commitment. I’m going to do 16:8 with my last meal right before my window closes. Wish me will power 😄

My roomie eats after 3pm every day. Eats a rounded dinner and a desert of sorts. So 24 hours fasting

I tried it and even though I had heavy cream in my coffee and messed up, just doing the one day shifted how I feel. I don't have to eat so often, I just don't need it. Odd but true. I get up like 4am so no way I can make 16 hours without having that coffee but not eating until 10 works out fine. my calorie intake is way down and don't feel the need to eat all the time. I think it is definitely worth trying out even if you don't make the full 16 hours.
