still on period, it was super late, very heavy. ate cheat meal at Chamber Wednesday, cupcake and Fritos Thursday when I started, and blackberry cobbler Friday at mom's. weighed 160 Saturday, couldn't bring myself to record it. I feel bloated, discusted and discouraged. did insanity max 30 cardio and started bulk phase of body beast this morning. hoping everything normalizes, I'm very unhappy with myself right now
155.8 lb Lost so far: 9.2 lb.    Still to go: 5.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
