This weight loss I think was attributed more to working, doing yard work and home repairs, more than diet. I didn't pay attention to the meals and eating except I ate more at home than going out to eat, and just worked around the house all day Saturday and Sunday. Also, with the exception of Friday and Tuesaday, I worked and ate at home
184.1 lb Lost so far: 15.9 lb.    Still to go: 9.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
