I've had a horrible sore throat since Saturday and haven't done my workouts because I feel yucky. I guess until this throat thing gets figured out I'll have to watch my calories and try not to have a big gain, then it's time to get back to it. I don't see the doc again until the 13th, so if I have a sore throat until then, I know I won't be working out. This junk has just brought me down. A workout would be great to make me feel better mentally, but physically I know if I tried it, I'd have to stop because it would hurt to breathe. Enough of my whining for today.
I just need to be thankful for the things I have and can do, because I know there are people who are much worse off than I am, so I'm going to try to focus on being thankful for what I've got and knowing that eventually I will get better.
