Today was a good day. I started the day with a fasted weigh in and took a dose of Hcg, then 24 oz of Cinnamon water spiked with Cloves and Cardamom seeds. Shortly Thereafter I made a 12 oz glass of (my version of a Bullet Proof coffee) blended in the Bullet with ice and five spice powder. Spices for the wake up of the metabolism. I walked to Target later and bought some Lemons, MN. farmed Organic Eggs and Grapefruit. I then ate a half a grapefruit, that was breakfast. For dinner I ate 3 egg whites cooked in water with spinach and whole fresh tumaric, winter savory, thyme, red pepper, cumin and Basbaas; (Somalian five pepper spice) another great way to rev up the ole' metabolism, finished it with a cider vinegar brew. I drank a gallon of water today. I took all my sups, and said my lamentations. I'm under 500 calories today but I feel great. Tomorrow I'll hit some crunches and reverse crunches, waist and back work. Not a lot because I don't want my body to start asking for more food. I'll come back and tell you how the day went. I've just got to stay out of my way.
