Great video by Mindpump trainers (studies provided) discussing how much protein your body REALLY needs based on studies NOT performed by supplement companies. I have been eating normal servings of protein at each meal often only 2x a day between 2pm and 8 pm and gaining plenty of muscle over the past 8 months. No supplements either. All real, fresh food. So I know this works. 😊
