Under 200 lbs for the first time since I was 18!!! AND I GOT ENGAGED LAST NIGHT. Best 24 hours ever.

198.8 lb Lost so far: 62.2 lb. Still to go: 23.8 lb. Diet followed reasonably well.

losing 3.9 lb a week
