I'm new on here, just stumble onto the site. I've been doing my own weight loss plan very similar to this one. Low calories and a healthy dose of exercise. I hate that today is Valentine's day and I'm going to Vegas over the long President's Day weekend. My first time in Vegas and I hear there is food everywhere! AHHHH. Luckily my boyfriend wants to spend time in the gym and I can spend hours in the pool. Hopefully it'll balance things out.

Does anyone recommend a certain type or brand of a scale? Analog or digital? I've tried a few out at Target and one has me at 165 and others at 170 to 180. I won't spend more than $20 bucks on one.
