Congrats on the LOW waist-size!Funny comment haha but your poor wife!(for that one second! It probably seemed an eternity to her til she heard the laughter!)Ditto to healthy day :) 

I try to participate in a lot of the walks that my work does. I just recently did one for Cystic Fibrosis. Not only am I donating/contributing to the cause but I'm getting some exercise! :) I know there is another one in May and another walk in June. The one in June I want to do - it's a 5 mile walk/run/jog in Washington, DC. Congrats on fitting into a smaller pant size!!! :-) 

Coach! Congratulation!! your weight loss is most impressive. You are totally in the game. Thank you for your kind words in my journal about daughter's car. Indeed, I am more relieved than you can imagine that she is safe. I have lost one daughter in my life and not about to let ANYTHING happen to another. I would probably be a headline in the news. We are having it looked at on Tues by insurance company and will see where things go. In Florida, over $400 damage is a vandalism felony and we will prosecute if they can prove anything. The damage is WAY over $400. I have been reading your jokes and they are beauts. Where do you find these. They certainly do cheer me up. Keep up the good work and don't give your poor wife a heart attack.. LOL. Be well friend. Talk to you later.
