I had reached my top weight of 251#. On May 1 I decided to do something about it. I detoxed with fruits and veggies for 1 week then added lean meats the next week. I started the Keto diet on May 25th. As of today I've lost 12 pounds and feel much better. Not great, but definitely better.
239.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 69.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.0 lb a week
