RichS71's Journal, 10 June 2018

I bought 4 new shirts @Sam's Club yesterday. The last time I bought a shirt (and for the last decade's worth of shirts) I always picked 2XL - but this time I picked a Large! Skipped right over 1XL. That inspired me to go through all my clothes today, and discard everything that was too huge for me.

I tossed out about 100lbs of clothing! I thought about Salvation Army, but unless I was throwing out something nice, and my 2XL clothing was not what I call very-nice, it was not worth it.

I did hold onto just about all of my hoodies. I have about 40... Since I couldn't part with any of them, I have identified a hear-to undiagnosed addiction to them, and I will be careful not to buy anymore (unless it's awesome!!)

New diet is working out well, and it has a bit more flexibility and freedom to it, so I am happy and not struggling with it.

That's about it, have a great week.
