Still on track, but celebrating my success too much. Feeling like making pie now that the weight is off and I feel physically able. Hope to keep up with my determination to get healthy which is working so far and wish the same for all here. Mentally, I am sad and working on it, but I feel I am at fault for expecting too much from those around me.
