TODAY, I LOOKED IN THE MIRROR,WHICH I AVOID,BUT FOR SOME REASON OR ANOTHER. I LOOKED. I WAS SAD AND AT THE SAME TIME CRIED. HOW COULD I LET MYSELF GO.
WELL, I TOOK HAD MY PICTURE TAKEN AS WELL AS MY MEASUREMENT TAKEN.
I THEN PUT THE PICTURE ON MY FRIDGE,AND EVEN IN EACH OF MY CUBOARDS.
TODAY IS NOW THE TARGET FOR ME TO GET THIN.. I HAVE ALSO ALERTED EVERYONE AT WORK. I ON A LIVE TO LIFE FOOD PLAN.. NAMELY WEIGHT WATCHERS.
BY XMAS I SHOULD BE ABLE TO REALLY PROVE IT IN A DRESS,YES I SAID DRESS.
IT HAS ONLY BEEN AT LEAST 15 OR MORE YEARS SINCE IV'E ONE OF THOSE OUTFIT.. PRAY FOR THINNESS IN ME.
GOD BLESS ALL TO LIVE LONGER INTO THINNESS, AS YOU HAVE TO BE INCONTROL OF YOUR BODY TO DUE SO. THINK THIN AND WATCH ME GET THIN.AND FOLLOW MY PROGRESS

You deserve this for yourself, Destiny! You can do it one day at a time...just focus on ONE DAY AT A TIME. Try not to look at the long term goal...instead, focus daily or even weekly....you'll start to see results and be happy for your achievements. Reward yourself with a pedicure or a hot bath. :) Good Luck...I'll keep you in mind.

Don't be so hard on yourself. Take it one day at a time with a goal of Christmas. If we all had to walk around naked, is there anyone who would be happy with their own body? Let's get healthy and quit obsessing about body image so much. My body doesn't look the way it did when I was 20 or 30 or even 40! Now that I'm 52 I have to accept that. My butt fell out of my bathingsuit at 39 and it ain't never going back in. Just keep a sense of humor. Stick to your goals as much as possible. Forgive yourself and move on when you don't meet your own expectations. GOOD LUCK. I will be following you.
