last weigh in 6 days ago after 18hrs no cal intake: 142lbs
trying to reach 155lbs lean and maintain.
am i gaining too much fat too quickly? should i immediately fast + more cardio for a few days and slowly gain again to avoid gaining too much fat? or just continue until i get to 160lbs and slowly cut to 155lbs lean and maintain? so much to learn...
this health stuff is like a full time job. makes me appreciate the dedication all those fit people put in to the maintain such a healthy lifestyle.
