Last night I went to the Olive Garden with my fiancée and I had stuffed mushrooms, soup with sausage, kale and potatoes (which I fished out of the soup), one piece of friend zucchini, fried calamari, grilled salmon and broccoli. I felt bad because I ate so much, but I didn't have a lot of fried food and I didn't eat any sweets. It took me from Monday to Thursday to get into ketosis so I hope I didn't blow it.
I fasted until noon today and for lunch I had two piece of slightly fried fish and salad. No idea what I am going to do about tomorrow at the soccer match, but I think that I will be fasting at least until noon again. Hopefully, I can grab a salad while everyone else is devouring pizza. The weekends are so difficult. I hope that everyone has a prosperous and successful weekend.
