Fast Day Weigh-in 12 Hours Fasted Post Feast; 54 Hours to go.
Modified Workout/Feast protocol yesterday to accommodate day date. Hit the gym in the morning and lifted fasted. Good day. Hit all my lifts. Also did 45 minutes of LISS, which I usually do only on Fast Days, some mobility work, and a sauna. Broke fast around 11, well post workout, with ~50g liquid protein. First solid food was at 2, regular time to break. Perfect adjustment, although I did go nuts again with brisket, smoked wings, calamari, piles of granola, ice-cream, and late night Five Guys. Jesus.
I am going to Fast until Sunday. LISS and Abs every morning. Going to pre-feed my Sunday lift with oatmeal and protein around 2. Lift around 4. Grill & eat at home. Also eating at home all next week.
