Fast Day Weigh-in 34 Hours Fasted*; 30 Hours until Break
Off my game yesterday. Had a huge blowout Thursday (~5,000k}. Planned an extra Fast Day over the weekend (64:8 vs. typical 40:8) starting Thursday night. Blew off fasted cardio Friday morning. Lame. Shit, unproductive day followed. #1 son reappeared and I threw several pounds of marinated chicken thighs on the grill for an indirect slow cook. Fcuked up the timing and torched the lot. Unwilling to accept my own stupidity, I had to prove they were still edible... Mission accomplished. Fast broken. On a positive note, I only ate one thigh and popped back on my "fast." Cleaned and pulled the chicken, slathered in adobo sauce, and rolled into enchiladas for an unsuspecting grandad.
Woke up to a non-compliant scale and an excessively honest mirror.
Onward. Fasted cardio and abs this morning. Peaceful produtive Saturday work day without phone or email. Weigh-in tomorrow morning. Break fast at 1400. Lift around 1600. Cook and eat at home. All week.
